Small Group Workouts

Small Group workouts are a great time to get on the perg with some friends. There will be a different Workout of the Day everyday, and these workouts will be lead by different leaders. These leaders will be doing the workout as well but are there to answer any question.

Cost

$15 per workout or free for members
Coached sessions are $20 per workout.

*If there is a group of paddlers who would like coaching during a session please contact danielle.albers@pdbc.ca to set up a time. The cost of these sessions will be $20 per person.
